The Lounge is a multifunctional space made for socialising. It has a co-working space for those WFH days, mini-cini for those big screen moments, private dining space for when you want to impress, and a residents’ lounge for well … lounging. Super-fast WiFi and brews included.

Each courtyard is an oasis filled with tropical greenery, peaceful spots to sit, and superfast WiFi. As well as HAY furniture, the courtyards house a 100-year-old friction screw press that’s been part of the fabric of the building for decades.

From the original 1850s red brick and timber of the purpose-built cutlery works, to the rebuilt 1950s wing, each interior has been designed to keep as many original features as possible. And the new build homes? They showcase the very best of contemporary design.
Our homes are furnished by Copenhagen-based HAY, who design furniture that blends art, fashion and architecture. The Scandi-designed furniture is not only high quality, but sustainably sourced, low carbon, ethical and contains no noxious chemicals.
