Homes at Eyewitness come in five different interior design styles, each designed to celebrate the moment they were first created.
From the original 1850s red brick and timber of the purpose-built cutlery works, to the rebuilt 1950s wing, each interior has been designed to keep as many original features as possible.
And the new build homes? They’re also packed with features, the very best of contemporary design.
Created for socialising.
Eyewitness has been created to be a place where you know your neighbours. Capital&Centric organises regular socials from resident get-togethers and movie nights, to supper clubs and wine tasting.
The courtyards are the beating heart of the community, designed to bring people together with pockets of space for chilling out and catching up. Your very own hidden space, an inside secret shared with your neighbours.
The Lounge is made for interaction. Collab in the co-working space, organise a movie marathon in the mini-cini, have a games night in the lounge, or go all out and host a dinner party in the private dining room.
Full of quirks.
From the ovens that kept the workers warm in winter, to the safes that held their wages, Eyewitness is packed full of glimpses into the buildings’ past.
Most of the homes have dual-aspect windows that flood the rooms with natural light. A leftover from the days when little mesters relied on natural light to craft sharpening tools and knives.
The old buildings also have lots of discreet and intimate staircases that lead to just a handful of homes, giving you a more neighbourly feel.
Furnished by HAY.
Our homes are furnished by Copenhagen-based HAY, with designs that blend art, fashion and architecture.
The Scandi-designed furniture is not only high quality, but sustainably sourced, low carbon, ethical and contains no noxious chemicals.
